Cons: i like the feel a lot, but broke 2 in one game, one of which was its first contact. wont buy another

Pros: Nice light bat as advertised. Also, the two-tone design is a nice look.
Cons: Chips easily. Due to the fact that is light it did not last very long. Broke this bad boy in the 2nd game, mostly my fault though. Took a ball off the handle.
Angus
Pros: very lite. awesome pop. I was hitting at 90mph While being thrown soft front toss.
Cons: I cracked the barrel, then taped it up. Then broke handle at about 55mph.

Pros: Everything about this bat is great..... great pop, unbreakable, and perfectly balanced
Cons: the bat is cheap so people think it isnt a good bat.... well either way i love it
trism
Pros: Cant beat it for the price. love the 2 1/5 barrel. Feels great.
Cons: Really at this price NONE!
Stan
Pros: Had great balance and pop. Thin handle. Long barrel
Cons: I got this bat and it didn't even last me a day. I used it in one scrimmage and only made contact once, then I used it for bp, and it broke after about 8 pitches. The machine was probably throwing 70 mph. It isn't worth $40. I've had a rawlings adirondack for a year now, and no sign of breaking, and has better pop.
Jason
Pros: Doesn't get any better for the price. Nice Balance and feels lighter then it actually is. DURABLE! Bought for my son in 14U tournament. After half of the players broke their own bats, this bat was still producing hits. It even lasted through the next tournament with half the team swinging it.
Cons: None.
Nick
Pros: Best wood bat I have ever swung! Very balanced and it has plety of pop! Even if you don't hit the ball perfect it still feels good and the ball jumps off!
Cons: Chips pretty easy. I have bought 2 in 1 month already.

Pros: 17 year old son uses this bat and absolutely likes it. He hit a ball out of a SEC park at 340 feet during a Showcase game so it must be a good one.
Cons: Seems to be fragile. Only get 3-4 uses out of them.
Zyglrox72
Pros: I love the feel of this bat. The weight is evenly distributed from the handle to the barrel; not top-heavy like a few other wood bats I've tried.
Cons: Ive only had it for a few weeks and 6+ hours in the cage and it's already starting to chip, but the performance has not been affected as of yet.

Pros: Great bat to swing, good feel, I like the way it feels. I will buy another one even though it does not wear well.
Cons: Got through 10 games and about 10 swings before the handle cracked in game. Barrel also chips.
Alright bat Jesus player
Pros: Great balance and nice pop. Looks cool too. Good for hitting off of the tee and whiffle balls only.
Cons: Breaks way to easy. Handle snapped the first time in the cages.

About the Brand
Rawlings is a major manufacturer of competitive team sports equipment and apparel for baseball, basketball, and football, as well as licensed MLB, NFL, and NCAA retail products. Rawlings is a major supplier to professional, collegiate, interscholastic, and amateur organizations worldwide, including the Official Baseball Supplier to Major League Baseball.
The first real innovation in glove making occurred in 1912 when Rawlings Sporting Goods Company introduced the "Sure Catch" glove, which was "endorsed by leading players all over the country." The Sure Catch was a one-piece glove with sewn-in finger channels and looked better suited for a duck's foot than a man's hand. Catchers' mitts used at the time were large and bulky with a single leather thong passing for a web.
In 1920, Bill Doak, a journeyman pitcher for the St. Louis Cardinals, approached Rawlings with an idea for improving the baseball glove from a mere protective device to a genuine aid in fielding. The "Bill Doak" model was so revolutionary that it stayed in Rawlings' line until 1953. Its key feature was a multi-thong web laced into the first finger and thumb, which created for the first time in baseball's young life, a natural pocket.
In 1925, Rawlings unveiled a three-fingered fielder's glove, and ten years later improved the Bill Doak model with a two-piece leather web. At the same time, the "T" web became a rage for first basemen's mitts. The pocket underwent a pronounced change in 1941 when the Trapper Mitt, also known as the Claw, appeared. The "Deep Well" pocket was so unique that Rawlings quickly patented it. The design was improved in 1950 by adding a leather piece across the top. Another significant creation occurred in 1948 with the three-fingered Playmaker. A five-fingered fielder's model, with all fingers laced together, provided greater pocket control.
The six-fingered Trap-Eze evolved in the 1960's. In more recent years, Rawlings produced the Fastback design, which gives a glove a snugger fit, greater extension, and overall control. The Holdster is a slot through which a finger can be extended for additional protection from impacts on the pocket. Then, there is the Edge-U-Cated Heel with its extended U-shaped lacing and the Pro H Web and much-copied Basket Web.
Some of Rawlings's more recent glove innovations also include the unique Spin-Stopper design which reduces ball spin when the ball hits the glove, and the Cantilever glove design feature that provides a cushioned area between the hand and the glove's palm area. In all, Rawlings has produced and patented more functionally innovative glove features and designs than that of any other glove manufacturer. The result is that the modern baseball glove is much larger, more comfortable, better padded, and made to last far longer than its ancestors. It is not uncommon to see today's Major League players wearing the same Rawlings glove they wore during their college playing days. In fact, Rawlings is the #1 glove in the major leagues. Rawlings maintains about 65 models of baseball and softball mitts and gloves in its line. The prototypes of virtually all of them have been field-tested by professionals before entering a sporting goods dealer's inventory.
