The one-piece Black Dragon is made entirely from Metalstorm's exclusive Extreme Impact Tech-9 X830 Alloy. This alloy gives players extreme performance and durability, while maintaining a light swing weight. The barrel is capped with a Quad-Cross reinforced end cap that improves durability and allows for a GIANT sweet spot. Metalstorm bats are also renowned for having the right amount of stiffness and a comfortable knob and grip that gives them a perfect feel. For a little extra power, the barrel on the Black Dragon is ever so slightly end-loaded, but feels well balanced through the hitting zone.
