Pros: best pop ever
Cons: white tPE GETS DIRTY
Pros: Outstanding balance and pop..son already has BBCOR Air for Jr high ball...and as we thought this is livelier and swings just as fast with bat head control. Great bat for teener and travel ball.
Cons: Handle option - be able to choose thick or thin. Right now it is thick.
Pros: Awesome pop I love it
Cons:
Pros: This bat is hot out of the wrapper, good feel, and a very balanced feel.
Cons: None so far.
Pros: This is the best bat on the market
Cons: absolutely none
Pros: Great all around bat. has great pop, and feels natural when you swing it.
Cons: nothing i can think of
Pros: looks nice although they all look the same.
Cons: durability issues
Pros: Great pop and feel overall
Cons: Little to much vibration
Pros: My kid was extremely excited for this bat.
Cons: vibration durability As a parent I love the warranty process, but to a kid there is nothing worse then his "baby" breaking then having to wait to get a replacement.
Pros: pop is amazing. great durability and a long lasting bat
Cons: nothing
Pros: Great pop and sick grip.
Cons: End cap is a little loose.
Pros: Looks pretty cool brand new.
Cons: Second RIP-IT bat I have bought for my son that has broken and he is a youth athlete. Warranty is great but its because they need it. For 250 bucks I'll stick with a brand I can trust. My other players have had similar issues with their RIP-IT products.
Pros: Swings very well.
Cons: The barrel is heavy.
Pros: Nice pop, very popular with my team, no stinging on the hands
Cons: The cap falls off
Pros: really great pop, and good durability
Cons: none
Pros: Great Pop, no vibration, launching balls out of the field easily
Cons: None At All
Pros: I have purchased three (2012-2014) Rip-It bats and personally i love them. it has sick pop and very durable. My 2012 rip-it is still going strong....
Cons: none.
Pros: good pop, weight feels good,
Cons: tape comes off easially
Pros: Was worried about my son swinging the -5 but bat is so balanced it swings like a -8. Definitely the advantage we have been looking for.
Cons: None
Pros: I love the feel of the bat and cant believe how light it feels. no vibration.
Cons: None
Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Pros: CRAZY POP SWING LIGHTER THAN THE -5 LOTS OF FORGIVENESS SOUNDS GREAT
Cons: NONE - BEST BAT ON THE MARKET
Pros: This is by far the best -5 on the market. Huge sweet spot, balanced weight, and great pop.
Cons: none
Pros: Nice balanced feel, with great sound during contact. My 11 yr old son is using this -5 to begin the transition to BBCOR. This bat feels lighter than other -5 bats.....most likely due to the great balance. Great company with great customer service.
Cons: None
Pros: Great feel Grip Pop After about 5 swings, I knew this was a good fit by the huge smile on my son's face. Although we have only used in the cages so far (weather), he can not wait to get on the field with it. In my son's words "It' the best bat I've ever swung"!
Cons: None
Pros: 12 yr old son loves the bat. The ball flies off of it. Was worried about getting a drop 5 but my son is swinging it great. Also, love the thick grip.
Cons: None at this time
Pros: The first swing I had I knew it was a amazing bet. The pop is amazing.
Cons: The tape gets dirty.
Pros: It's weight balance in great. The weight distribution is well distriuted. It has a TON! of pop. It feels lighter than a drop 8. The grip is well made. Its an overal great bat!
Cons: I dont have any cons, but there could be a few different colors than just black besides that nothing.
Pros: It is well balanced. It has great pop. It has a ton of padding. It feels very light.
Cons: None
Pros: My son plays for 14U Travel team The Hammond Chiefs of Indiana so the bat has and will be battle tested. Purchased this bat with high expectaions and it surpassed them. Large sweet spot from the first swing in the cage it produced nothing but line drives.
Cons: Absolutely none
Pros: I play for the 14U Hammond Chiefs. Bat has Ton of Pop I hit bombs all over the field. This is my 2nd Rip It I also have the Prototype 2 BBCOR bat which I used in middle school ball last fall. Rip It is my preferred bat of choice.
Cons: None
Pros: These bats sound different and and the ball jumps off these bats. This past weekend a few players finally put down their favorite bats from another Manf. and picked up the Rip-IT.
Cons: None so far
Pros: Has fantastic pop and amazing durability. Bat is a little heavy so i would recomend getting it lighter. Feel and grip is also great.
Cons: The grip is white so it can get dirty.
Pros: Just bats and Rip-It replaced bat without difficulty
Cons: Had problems with this bat. First bat had pop on one side and dead on other side. It broke in half when 13 y/0 used it for first time in game. (Outdoor temp 57) Received replacement bat and dead on both sides. Took it to practice and all agreed. Will not reorder this bat.
Pros: After using for about 10 games my son likes the bat and it has pop to it. The team bunts a lot and he likes the control he has of the bat for bunting and swinging away. He is 13 and would recommend the bat, great bang for the buck.
Cons: None yet.
Pros: We have a bbcor air elite which we like but this bat is crazy good. Wish i would of saved some money and skipped the elite on the bbcor and gotten just the air. Its more ballanced and has a sweetspot that few if any bat can match. Great deals are easy to find since its not an EASTON OR DEMARINI.
Cons: Just wish it had a thinner handle and a smaller knob
