Pros: It was so hot, it burned my hands.
Cons:
jboi
Pros: Bat was hot out of wrapper, balls are goin over 300' easily.
Cons: Bought a 26 oz, should have went with a 27 oz.
bigwood15k
Pros: Swings perfect, Hits the crap out of the ball, Looks sweet.5 games with it so far and over 20 HRs.
Cons: Grip is not that great to begin with and its almost needing replaced after 2 1/2 weeks.
epassmore
Pros: Hot right out of the wrapper. The 9th ball I saw was a homerun. Every hit is a line drive. The sweet spot on this bat is huge. However I have hit several hard base hits off of the end of the bat.So wherever you hit the ball or even miss, you still have a good chance of hitting it hard.
Cons: Does not have the normal feel of a max endload bat, it takes some getting used to.
Jonathan
Pros: Was great out of the wrapper, after about 100 hits, it is superb. Great sweet spot size, if you have decent bat speed, it's got good pop even off of the handle or end. Love this bat.
Cons:
Bigjonstud87
Pros: Had the bat for 2 weeks just took it out the wrapper on Tuesday night.....2 cuts on the bat...a hard line drive and a homerun...nice sweet spot and doesnt feel endloaded like most bats. Buy this bat...you wont regret it
Cons: none so far
JayZ
Pros: Hot right out of the wrapper! I'm usually a single/double hitter to the fence in a bounce or two. First use was at BP, put 5 over center field fence and plenty deep/hard line drives. Balls flew off this bat! Can't wait for first game!
Cons: It's so sweet looking, I don't want to get it dirty! JK! Also, now I want the ASA one for my other league!
Stew
Pros: First 60-70 swings this bat has a hollow and stiff feel to it. Once you get around 75 swings this bat gets HOT!!! I was able to swing the Resmondo Legit along with the Resmondo Sick 454...Hands down 454 Resmondo all the way.. Will not be upset with this bats performance..This bat lives up to its name SICK!!!
Cons: none
GREAT FEEL , GREAT POP Osc Mars player
Pros: I'm not a power hitter but the ball flys off the bat. I've been crushing line drives since I got it. I've only made 2 outs in the past 3 weeks
Cons: NONE
oh yeah hoss1987 player
Pros: Super hot bat. Makes 52 300 balls fly
Cons: Took some time to really break in good
Me MagenH player
Pros: The first ball I ever hit with this bat was a HOMERUN! I'm a pretty decent female hitter, mostly doubles, singles, and have never in my adult life hit an over-the-fence HOMERUN before. I am so stoked for this bat! Everyone on my team wants to use this now.
Cons: None so far.
Got "Juice" Barry Altland player
Pros: This thing is hot right out of the wrapper. Went 7 for 9 on the first night swinging it, smacking it around in all directions, and with power. Took it yard on the first night, albeit on a short porch, but still, at 47 years old, I was happy to start my season with that.
Cons: Too many of my fellow team members want to swing the bat, so I know I am going to have trouble keeping it clean and free of ball marks.
thumbs up josh kaiser player
Pros: Bat has great pop, and has a great feel to it. Took me a little while to get used to it being end loaded, but once I did it worked wonders.
Cons: None.

This bat is sick! Kevin F. player
Pros: This bat has the write name for it. Sick!! Never been a homerun hitter but i hit one out and was hitting the fence consistantly in my later tournament. It's very stiff and takes a little to break in but once it's broke in its nasty. Thinkin bout getting the jeff hall version too!
Cons: Everybody wants to swing it
Sick! Kevin F player
Pros: It's name is perfect for it. Sick!! Never been a homerun hitter but hit my first one with it and hard shots to the fence consecutively. Best bat I have ever bought. Want the balanced one now too!

Pros: The bat does have a solid feel. Bat has good pop and exit speed if hit in the sweet spot. Graphics truly do look nice.
Cons: The bat swings differently than normal endloads and will take at least 60-70 hits to even begin to open up.
Superstars J D player

Cons: honest I really like the bat I like I like how the ball jumps off.

Pros: i usually swing 27, so i bought a 26 because of the endloading, i think i could have stayed with a 27. anyways, out of the wrapper it felt good. it didnt come alive till about 100-200 cuts. team is using this bat and they love it. its hitting bombs now!
Cons: none so far
bt handler brian turley player
Pros: Hot! Unwrap with gloves on ,otherwise they'll have to send you to the nearest burn center. Went from an avg. base hitter to rattlin the chains and hrs..

Questions and Answers
Have a question about the Worth Sick 454 Resmondo Max Endload USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: SBSKRU? Ask our team of experts and they will respond within 24 hours.
I am a female slow pitch softball player playing in a USSSA league. I have used the Miken Turbo Freak 34" 28 oz. for almost 5 years and I am looking for a new hot bat. I am considering going down to a 26 oz and also considering an end load. I am right handed and mostly hit single liners up the middle or to RF. I am interested in a bat that will give me more pop and help make some of those liners into doubles. Any suggestions for me? Michele

About the Brand
Worth, Inc. can trace its beginning back to the year 1912, when George Sharp Lannom, Jr. purchased a tannery in Tullahoma, Tennessee and established the Lannom Manufacturing Company. Initially, the firm tanned leather for harnesses and horse collars they manufactured. However, as the automobile grew in popularity, the demand for the company's harnesses and collars declined, so Lannom shifted its manufacturing resources toward production of leather covered baseballs and softballs under the "Worth" brand, and men's leather dress gloves under the "Craig" brand.
Charles (Chuck) E. Parish joined Lannom in 1930 as a salesman and married G.S. Lannom, Jr.'s daughter, Martha Lannom several years later. Following Mr. Lannom's death, Parish acquired controlling interest in the company, which led to a division of company assets between himself and Lannom's son G.S. Lannom III. Lannom maintained the glove works while Parish, "The Baron of Baseballs," built the Lannom baseball business into the world's largest manufacturer of baseballs.
Upon graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1959, Chuck Parish's son, John, joined the Lannom organization. He persuaded his father to expand the company's Caribbean operations and enter the baseball bat business in 1970. In 1975, following the death of his father, John Parish took over the reigns of the company. Under his leadership, the company diversified and expanded its production line and developed the personnel, technical know-how, and physical facilities to become one of the largest and most financially sound manufacturers in the entire sporting goods industry.
The WorthSports Company was formally organized in 1975 as the sales and marketing arm for all sporting goods products and divisions of Lannom. In addition to the normal marketing functions, Worth also emphasizes and provides new product research and development. In fact, the emphasis placed on this development is largely responsible for Worth's leadership role in the sporting goods industry.
When Worth entered the bat business all bats were made from Northern White Ash. Worth then established wood mills in Pennsylvania and New York to provide the strong but relatively lightweight ash wood stock. Then directions were shifted to aluminum and other composites and in 1968 Lannom Manufacturing produced its first aluminum bat. The company's Jess Heald was primarily responsible for its development. The sale of aluminum bats to amateur baseball and softball players mushroomed in the 70's, helping Lannom achieve record results. In 1994, because of market demands, more emphasis was placed on the aluminum division and an expansion was completed in Tullahoma.
One of the first and most significant results of the R&D program was the development of the Polyurethane (Poly-X™) core for baseballs and softballs. This one innovation revolutionized the entire softball world; up to this time, the traditional softball core was constructed of cork and latex. Worth, through the use of "petrochemical" formulation, created a softball that was more consistent in performance and demonstrated extended durability, thereby setting the stage for the establishment of formal specifications and standards for the industry. More recently, the expanded research and development team has made another revolutionary addition to the aluminum bats called the SuperCell EST (Exterior Shell Technology) Bat.
One product Worth is very proud of is its RIF (Reduced Injury Factor) baseballs and softballs. Introduced in baseballs in the late '80's, the RIF design features a polyurethane center that makes the ball softer than the traditional yarn wound ball, while keeping the weight, size and liveliness. The balls are used mainly in youth leagues, where safety is of major concern. The technology is now being used in Worth softballs as well. New technology is constantly being developed to revolutionize the softball industry as we know it today.
In 2007, Worth was acquired by Jarden Corporation and is now a division of Rawlings and Jarden Team Sports.
