The Miken Freak Black 12 Maxload USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: FB12MU a new take on a FREAKISHLY hot Miken design. The Maxload swing weight adds an extra 0.5 oz at the end of the barrel. Players are not only able to feel the barrel better through the hitting zone, increasing bat control, but they can create enough momentum to send balls flying to all parts of the field. With its shorter, 12 Inch Barrel Length, the sweet spot is more-concentrated for maximum energy transfer and a more-pronounced end load. The two-piece, fully composite design features Miken's Flex 2 Power Technology. With F2P, the bat is tuned to optimal flex and balance in order to get the bat head through the zone as quickly and effectively as possible. Each bat is made from certified 100 Comp composite materials. This revolutionary formula utilizes 100% premium aerospace grade carbon fiber to create the ultimate balance of performance and durability. A Triple Matrix Core rounds out the specs on this high-performance design. This multi-wall barrel design increases the carbon composite's volume by 5% which eliminates wall seams. No seams means no weak points for a blend of max performance and durability. 2016 Miken Freak 12 USSSA, Miken Ultra II Big Cat, and Miken Freak Black SSUSA, which of these bats is going to have the highest performance? sam

Of the three listed above the two Senior Softball league bats will be the hottest of the three. The 2016 Miken Freak Black SSUSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (FRKBKS) and 2015 Miken Ultra II Big Cat Mike Macenko Endload SSUSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (MMULT2 Senior) are both going to have a half ounce end load and will both be very high performing. One of the big differences is going to be that the Black has a 12 month warranty while the Big Cat will not feature a warranty at all.

The 2016 Miken Freak Black 12 Maxload (FB12MU) is a very high performing two-piece full composite design. The Freak Black features a .5 oz. end loaded design. Another great option for females would be the 2016 Miken Psycho Balanced USSSA (SYCHBU). It is a one-piece full composite design with a balanced swing weight.

Is this bat heavy for being max load? If I order it can I return it? freaking

The 2016 Miken Freak Black 12 Maxload USSSA Slow Pitch Softball Bat (FB12MU) will have Maxload Swing Weight - 0.5 oz End Load, which is preferred by some in the slow pitch market. You can always take some dry swings if you ordered this bat but if it is used in practice/games and then deemed too heavy we would not be able to accept it in a return. If unused, we can certainly exchange it out or issue a refund.
