Pros: Ball has good pop off of this bat.
Cons: I bought the original bat 2 years ago. The first one lasted about 2 months and cracked. The replacement that was sent to me cracked within 4 months. They were not going to replace it as they say they have a one time replacement, but they reluctantly sent me a new one with NO WARRANTY inscribed in the handle. Unfortunately for my daughter the bat has again cracked.
Pros: i got some major pop off of this bat and never saw any signs of cracking like the previous guy said.
Cons: the paint chips off pretty quick but doesn't hurt the performance of the bat
Pros: whatever the pros are they are way outweighed by the poor durability!
Cons: it snapped in half today at a tournament, we just purchased it on 5/1/2016. my daughter has only used it for 2 weeks! she is a 15 year old playing summer travel ball.
Pros: Great pop right out of the box , always bought worth equipment because of their quality.
Cons: This bar is not worth buying because it cracks within two months. Bought my daughter one and it cracked three weeks. I sent it back and the replacement cracked and broke in a month. I bought four for my team to use and all four went straight in the garbage after two months. Quality plain and simple is not WORTH the money you spend.
Pros: 30 day guarentee
Cons: Bat broke in two pieces after 10 days. Buyer beware DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS BAT. Durability issues contine for WORTH.
Pros: I had the 2015 model and the end cap broke on it but Worth was great about sending me a replacement and its been great since!!
Cons: None, I really love this bat!
Pros: love the pop on the bat along with the cool graphics. the bat has improved from last year by not breaking. i have hit way better with this new bat.
Cons: no cons becauese of the improvemebts from last bat
Pros: bat has sweet po immediately and takes the ling ball far.
Cons: none
Pros: Bought one of these for my daughter right before her last tournament. After her first homerun, she asked me if she could let her teamates use it because they were begging her too. Very happy with my purchase, and you can't beat the 30 day performance guarantee!
Cons: I wish i would have gotten the bat earlier in the season.
Pros: The Bomber Bat, this bat looks and feels great.Swinging a 34/24 -10 always been a strong Hitter but swinging this bat made me look even stronger. hit more Homeruns with this bat than any other.
Cons: yeah ive cracked one and blew the end cap off another.what can i say my dad says its an exspensive sport anyway :)
Pros: so far great out of the box
Cons: nothing bad so far
Pros: It has a good pop to it
Cons: Took it out to try it the day it came in and it stung at times and also it cracked the same day.. returned it for a demarini instead.
Pros: it hits good
Cons: it breaks too easy ive broke 4 this year
Pros: It has a great pop to it right out of the box.
Cons: The grip on the handle is already starting to come off
Pros: Live bat!! Hot from the start! looked great with the team uniforms. Worth replaced both 2015 Models quickly. 12 yo hit 8 homers in less than a month and half this year with bat.
Cons: 2016 Model seems much more durable but still constantly worried about the 2 that we broke of prior model. Tough to go to tournaments and wonder if this is the weekend. My daughter has had 3. !st one broke bad in 1st 2 weeks, 2nd on lasted 4 mos and last one 2014 going strong throughout this summer season and beyond.
Pros: great pop on first use
Cons: got 3 of the 2016 worth 2legits for my 12U fadtpitch team all three broke same way first the black rubber buffer fell off on all three sliding down when the girls swang the bat then handle where it connects to the barrel the broken composite pieces on the inside of the barrel giving raddel sound all three fixed in April all three broke again got warranty replacement but stamped no warranty and my last one just broke again sizes were 30inch 31inch and 32inch
Pros: THEY FIXED THE PROBLEM OF BREAKING GREAT BAT SO MUCH POP
Cons: NONE
Pros: Good pop
Cons: DO NOT BUT THIS BAT OR ANY WORTH BAT. THEY ARE DEFECTIVE AND POOR QUALITY. Bought one for my daughter. It didn't last a year. They replaced it. Less then a year later the new bat broke in half. This was due to the end cap coming loosing and the black rubber piece disconnecting and creating vibration in the bat. And they won't replace the new one. Blog this bat. It has problems. Not "WORTH" it!!!!
Pros: Bat has great pop balls flies off if
Cons: We my daughter broke this bat 3 times in a year from the date of purchase they will not cover the bat any more stay away from worth
Pros: Has great pop off the bat
Cons: Don't recommend bat for price our daughter has broke 3 bats in less than 3 months. Does not have very good durability. Now looking for a different brand of bat. Chef season has just started.
Pros: the bat was good , it had pop straight out of the package hit lots of HRs
Cons: the bat was not very durable, had to replace the bat grip in the first two weeks, and not even 6 month old. the knob broke off of the bat. weird
Pros: Has good pop
Cons: Daughter broke 3 bats within 3 month period, needless to say won't buy this brand again.
Pros: It has a good pop to it at first. Good grip, not slick at all
Cons: Short durability, Endcaps pop off easily, Rubber peice on handle moves,
Pros: A lot of pop out of the wrapper , great feel to the bat
Cons: Broke in 2 weeks, would be a great bat if it had durability.
Pros: i loved this bat. it was very light weight.
Cons: i am not a strong hitter but this bat broke not once but twice. you only get one refund and in less than a mouth it broke in the same spot!
Pros: Good pop
Cons: Broke after 3 practices.
Pros: Bat has nice graphics, and looks good in a wrapper.
Cons: My daughter broke the first bat within two months, with limited play time. Worth was kind enough to send a replacement bat with "no warranty" on the second bat. Used it for less than one month, and second one broke. I will definitely not be buying another Worth bat. Would have rated it a ZERO, but this system forces me to give it a one.
Pros: Major pop. Not much vibration.
Cons: Durability.

About the Brand
Worth, Inc. can trace its beginning back to the year 1912, when George Sharp Lannom, Jr. purchased a tannery in Tullahoma, Tennessee and established the Lannom Manufacturing Company. Initially, the firm tanned leather for harnesses and horse collars they manufactured. However, as the automobile grew in popularity, the demand for the company's harnesses and collars declined, so Lannom shifted its manufacturing resources toward production of leather covered baseballs and softballs under the "Worth" brand, and men's leather dress gloves under the "Craig" brand.
Charles (Chuck) E. Parish joined Lannom in 1930 as a salesman and married G.S. Lannom, Jr.'s daughter, Martha Lannom several years later. Following Mr. Lannom's death, Parish acquired controlling interest in the company, which led to a division of company assets between himself and Lannom's son G.S. Lannom III. Lannom maintained the glove works while Parish, "The Baron of Baseballs," built the Lannom baseball business into the world's largest manufacturer of baseballs.
Upon graduation from Vanderbilt University in 1959, Chuck Parish's son, John, joined the Lannom organization. He persuaded his father to expand the company's Caribbean operations and enter the baseball bat business in 1970. In 1975, following the death of his father, John Parish took over the reigns of the company. Under his leadership, the company diversified and expanded its production line and developed the personnel, technical know-how, and physical facilities to become one of the largest and most financially sound manufacturers in the entire sporting goods industry.
The WorthSports Company was formally organized in 1975 as the sales and marketing arm for all sporting goods products and divisions of Lannom. In addition to the normal marketing functions, Worth also emphasizes and provides new product research and development. In fact, the emphasis placed on this development is largely responsible for Worth's leadership role in the sporting goods industry.
When Worth entered the bat business all bats were made from Northern White Ash. Worth then established wood mills in Pennsylvania and New York to provide the strong but relatively lightweight ash wood stock. Then directions were shifted to aluminum and other composites and in 1968 Lannom Manufacturing produced its first aluminum bat. The company's Jess Heald was primarily responsible for its development. The sale of aluminum bats to amateur baseball and softball players mushroomed in the 70's, helping Lannom achieve record results. In 1994, because of market demands, more emphasis was placed on the aluminum division and an expansion was completed in Tullahoma.
One of the first and most significant results of the R&D program was the development of the Polyurethane (Poly-X™) core for baseballs and softballs. This one innovation revolutionized the entire softball world; up to this time, the traditional softball core was constructed of cork and latex. Worth, through the use of "petrochemical" formulation, created a softball that was more consistent in performance and demonstrated extended durability, thereby setting the stage for the establishment of formal specifications and standards for the industry. More recently, the expanded research and development team has made another revolutionary addition to the aluminum bats called the SuperCell EST (Exterior Shell Technology) Bat.
One product Worth is very proud of is its RIF (Reduced Injury Factor) baseballs and softballs. Introduced in baseballs in the late '80's, the RIF design features a polyurethane center that makes the ball softer than the traditional yarn wound ball, while keeping the weight, size and liveliness. The balls are used mainly in youth leagues, where safety is of major concern. The technology is now being used in Worth softballs as well. New technology is constantly being developed to revolutionize the softball industry as we know it today.
In 2007, Worth was acquired by Jarden Corporation and is now a division of Rawlings and Jarden Team Sports.
