Pros: Once I got used to the grip/handle, I fell in love with them both(the Element AND the free Maple Comp L170 I got with it). No moe getting jammed on the inside withthe unusual, but functional, handle design. Took a whole 5 minutes of practice to get used to it, and now the old style knob is all but obsolete...to me anyway ;-) Cons:On the 5th bucket of balls, pitched to me,I cracked the handle on the Maple Comp bat. No biggie, as Baden is replacing it for free, and I've broken much more expensive Combat and Demarini wood comp. bats without so much as a response, from either, when I called them to complain.

Pros: I have been using this for a couple months know and can tell you it is a great bat . I was concerned that hitting the ball in one spot constanly might be troublesome but it was not it still hits like new best purchase in baseball i ever made also great balence it does not feel like 29 oz more like 25-26oz Cons:
