The 2013 COMBAT B2 Reloaded and the COMBAT Pure Gear are going to be very similar. The Pure Gear is going to swing more like a two-piece bat and have less vibration when the ball is hit. It will also have a little more flex. The Reloaded will be a little stiffer swinging. Both are great choices.

Picking out a bat comes down to the personal preference of the player and what type of bat they have had the most success with in the past. Out of the three, the XL1 is the most endloaded and best for a player with above average strength and swing speed. The Omen is the most balanced and would be best for a player who may not have the best strength or swing speed. The B2 has decent balance and is a good choice for a player who falls in between what's outlined above.

Like all composite bats, the 2013 COMBAT B2 Reloaded will require a break in period of roughly 150-200 soft toss pitches, give the bat a 1/4 turn rotation with each hit to evenly distribute the break in.

If you are in the 13 or older the 2013 COMBAT B2 Reloaded: B2YB2 -10 Youth will not be legal. If you are younger and in the Cal Ripken divison of Babe Ruth then it would be.
