Pros: best bat to ever touch my hands.has great pop rite out of the box.it is the lighest big barrel i have ever felt.it is especially good for fast pitchers.i defiantly recommend this bat to every one who loves the game.
Cons: nothing at all.
COMbat fan
Pros: We've only had this bat for a few days, but it has already impressed. Ball jumps off the bat. Light weight results in ultra fast bat speed. My son is 8, and this is his first big barrel bat. He has used the combat b4 2.25 barrel in 29/17 with great results. When I saw this combat in 29/17 with a 2 5/8 barrel I decided to give it a try. This allows him to use the 2.25 barrel in league play and the big barrel in USSSA without constantly having to adjust to the different length and weight. It has not disappointed so far. Its colors get it some attention, too. Plenty of pop, distance and velocity on the batted balls despite light weight.
Cons: Pricey.
Gen
Pros: Easy
Cons:
Kameron
Pros: This bat has a lot of pop right out of the box. My 10yr old of 71lbs at 4ft 6in is hitting very good with it. We replaced a tpx omaha 28/18 with this combat 29/17. This bat is true to weight and balanced maybe just a tad end load and I mean just a tad, not bad at all. Grip is very good. Paint is so so, we hit about 120 balls and it as a few paint chips missing. About normal.
Cons: Color sort of softball looking with it being light green
Coach
Pros: Bat speed
Cons: This bat has the same problem as other drop 12s. Sweet spot is too small and anything hit outside the sweet spot has crazy hand vibration. Some of our kids are refusing to hit with it after feeling the "sting."
fuki
Pros: what a fun bat! Seems to have a ton of pop and is very controllable at the plate. Very little vibration while hitting at the cages. It is becoming my son's favorite bat
Cons: Maybe a little too much greeen
JPW
Pros: My son has only had the bat for a week, but loves it. Great pop, fantastic balance. Swings like a lighter bat. Every kid in the dugout caresses the bat lovingly, it just looks cool.
Cons: None yet, except for cost.
Newly Purchased
Pros: Super light.....decent pop.
Cons: Paint is coming off fast....
JC23
Pros: bat has alot of pop out the wrapper. my kid plays 11u and swing the 30/18 version. has improved has bat speed. great bat
Cons: bat stings hands a little
Doc
Pros: Bat performance is exceptional. It has a great deal of pop right out of the wrapper and getting hotter as the bat is used more. Weight distribution and balance makes it easy for my son to get it through the zone quickly. Nice size sweet spot
Cons: Obviously the price is a major hurdle. And similar to the Combat Avarice softball bat, the paint chips quickly, BUT it DOES NOT effect performance.
BisonRob
Pros: Light bat
Cons: Did not work as well as expected. Thought the B4 was much better and had more pop.
dj0905
Pros: We purchased this bat for our 9 yr old who plays travel ball. He is a contact hitter and is doing a great job with this bat. It has a great pop. Awesome buy!
Cons: None
Hi
Pros: Awesome
Cons: None
11U Guru
Pros: We went 1" longer due to light weight.... Solid, nice pop... Due to light weight great with 2 strikes for contact.... We have hit some hard shots that were unable to be handled in infield....
Cons: Nicknamed the "Highlighter" by team due to color
13U Bison Krew
Pros: Has good pop. Grip feels good.
Cons: The bat only last 1 week before it starts to get cracks. We even got it replaced under warranty and it cracked again. 2 bats, 2 weeks, 2 cracked bats. Looking to get something else
11 U Dad
Pros: Light, lot of pop, son loves it! Very quick, great bat speed with this bat. 14 at bats 11 balls hit hard and 4 "fencers"
Cons: Paint is chipping some....
12U
Pros: Hoottttttttttt!!!! After about 300 balls this thing is banging! No sting according to my son. Used CF4 prior to this bat....likes the B3 best!
Cons: Chipping paint....
Traveling 11u
Pros: Nice......very solid.....great pop. -12 x 30' can't beat it. Some paint loss but really very nice bat.

TravelBall Coach
Pros: Nice, very nice pop, very light. We bought 2 for our team 2 weeks ago and they love 'em
Cons:
Hitman
Pros: Great balance and alot of PoP! My 10 yr. old had a great season with it. He lead his travel team in slugging and HR's. 2012 model cracked after 40 games though
Cons: cracked after 40 games. Paint had chipped very early.
Maxdaddy
Pros: Lots of pop in the 1.15 bpf era.
Cons: The drop 12 gave the bat more length which slowed my sons swing down at first. But we have fixed that. Just takes some getting used to.
WP Bolt
Pros: Well-balanced, solid feel, seemingly large sweet spot.
Cons: Only got to use the bat for one tournament. After 5 total games, the paint had chipped off the bat to the extent that an umpire (USSSA rules) ruled the bat no longer legal for play because the composite material was visible. It literally seemed like some paint chipped off the bat with every single hit.
NC Travel Ball
Pros: Excellent pop, son loves bat and has tried CF5, Easton,.....-12 ratio is quiet an advantage and have seen longer harder shots due to increased bat speed
Cons: NA
Hitman
Pros: Great balance and Pop! Translates:team leader in avg, obp, slugging%, HRs...you get it all.
Cons: paint chips, cracked after about 40 games. Combat relaced it.
SC dad
Pros: Son hit his first HR at age 10 and 78lbs. Love this bat.
Cons: None
T-Dutt
Pros: It hits the ball out of this world with great pop better than any bat I have ever had
Cons:
BatMom
Pros: Super light. My 8 yr. old was hitting with a COMbat B2 Youth 29"-17 oz. hitting well but needed something more competitive for travel ball. This is THE ONE. First game, hit three triples and two doubles. Has great pop with no break-in period. The whole team loves the green bat.
Cons: None.
bad apple
Pros: It's a great bat.
Cons: Lower the price.
Totally_mayo
Pros: my dad got this for my bro and it has great pop. Nicknamed highlighter from color
Cons: none
Baseball Doc
Pros: Son lead team in slugging, batting avg, doubles, singles, ...great bat with lots of pop...-12 great advantage....pulls a few more due more due to light wt but great with 2 strikes!
Cons: Costly....
MrBaseball
Pros: Big sweet spot, helps me launch the ball a long way. One of the best light weight big barrel bats I have ever used.
Cons: A little sting on some hits.
Hornetstse
Pros: Easy break in after soft toss then bp my son loves it! It got Nasty after about 200 pitches and is the best composite out of the box that I have seen!
Cons: None so far! Buy it you wont regret it!!
anonymous
Pros: Good bat.Nice pop.Hot out of the rapper. My 10 year old son loves it!
Cons: Not the Best color for teams. Otherwise great bat!
-
Pros: Light bat. You can generate the same bat speed as a small barrel with the benefit of a bigger barrel. Good pop
Cons: Expensive
big
Pros: huge pop
Cons:
OcMom
Pros: My 7 year old loves his new bat. He really wanted an Easton S1 27" 17 oz. but it's a bit heavy for him. We got the B3, 28" 16 oz. and it's just right. He tripled in his first game :)
Cons: A bit pricy :(
TRAVELBALLDAD
Pros: Great pop, 12 yr old son 5'0 tall 100 pounds, plays travel ball great bat just dont use it in the cold
Cons: cracked 2 in one season in both the original and the replacement bat, possibly due to cold weather play-travel ball played year round..may need bat warmers for full composite bats in the cold
MBA Dad
Pros: Purchased after a team using this bat destroyed our team. Thought paying $200 large for a kids bat was crazy but I understand now! Bought my 4 year old a 27" 15 oz. and watched the hitting show commence. The lightweight, great balance and even better pop just built his confidence up. Insane how the bat just keeps getting better! If you are serious, then this is your bat!
Cons: Once other players see this bat they will shortly have it also! The paint chips at the end of the bat, so be careful.
HunterB
Pros: Great bat. My son was using an Easton Surge that I sent off and had rolled. The Combat B3 bat (which he got for his 7th birthday) out of the box has more pop and better feeling than the Surge. His at first bat (machine pitch first year) the first time he hit with this bat (new out of plastic) he hit a ball and it hit the center field fence in the air about 3 feet off the ground. Can't wait to get the bat broken-in, should see some balls over the fence by the end of the season.
Cons: None.
Wheels
Pros: Light and easy to get through the strike zone.
Cons: The clear coating seems a little delicate.
Pretty Cool
Pros: Light weight, my 8yo son WRECKS the ball with this
Cons: Not legal for Little League, only PONY league. Have not noticed chipping as others have stated but keeping a look out.
911wifw
Pros: Got this for my 7 year old, nice sweet spot :) half of the team uses it.
Cons: A bit on the pricey side, oh well.
Da beast
Pros: Its been hitting bombs to the fences for my team!
Cons: It chips very easily
12u dad
Pros: Nothing!! If I could rate this product a -10 I would.
Cons: Let me see, broke 1, sent in, a month later got a replacement. 2nd broke, two months later waiting on replacement, called customer service a couple of time, been lied to repeatedly. Two times I have been told they just got a shipment and the bat is on its way, just now they told me they are refitting their presses & hopefully will start production within the next couple weeks! I will NEVER buy another Combat ANYTHING and urge everyone to do the same.
SoCal Coach
Pros: Great bat. Lots of pop out of the wrapper. Slightly end-loaded.
Cons: Chipped about 1/4" paint on barrel. Had for 1 month now and used for travel ball.
Buggie27
Pros: I have a smaller 11 year old and he is able to swing this bat much easier than most and it has great pop.
Cons: Color.
spoiled kid
Pros: 11 year old son loves the bat.
Cons: Color
deuces
Pros: great bat so far. semi hot out of the wrapper, cant wait to see what its got when its broken in all the way. balanced very well. its a lil end loade, (not alot tho). love the grip. glad i got it on sale for 149.99, best bat on the market for that price!!!!!
Cons: paint does chip very easily. havent even had it but 4 hours so far and it already has a chipped place in it. not a biggie tho, gives it charecter.
GA Coach
Pros: We got the 30" bat for my 7 year old, but he is very tall for his age. He Loves this bat, we had a DeMarini 2 1/4" before this one and it wasn't bad but there is a noticeable difference with this bat. He has a Ton of confidence using this bat, as well he should. It has nice pop.
Cons: Not that it really matters to me but it seems to get dirty and mark up very quickly.
Titans
Pros: Ball fly's off this bat.
Cons: Price, durability, & COMbat customer service. This bat is great, but my 11 yr. old boys have cracked two of them. COMbat only lets you warranty one time. We've only had the bats for less then 90 days. I wouldn't recommend this bat, unless they change their warranty.

Cons:
John
Pros: Great pop out of the box.
Cons: Doesn't last. First bat lasted 3 tournaments in the fall before it went dead and even the umpires commented that it sounded bad when hit. Got it replaced under warranty for the Spring season and the replacement only lasted 3 tournaments before the same result. Fun while it lasts--which isn't long.
scoop65
Pros: Used by 8 year old - Pony League. Bat has good pop and great balance. Weight to length gave my son more bat speed that contributes to harder and farther hits.
Cons: Based on our results I'd have to disagree that this bat is ready out of the wrapper. TPX Omaha and Easton better on day one, however the more he used this bat the better it got so be patient. Paint is marked up easily but no chipping so far after about 25 games and being used by multiple players.
