Pros: Its an OK bat... I'd rate it 5 out of 10 stars
Cons: Sounds odd when hit.... Overall Good Bat
Pros: Incredibly genius design. This bat is one of a kind. I've loved how it hits so far, and it doesn't seem like it'll be easy to break at all. Another winner from Combat!
Cons: Does have a unique sound on contact that takes some getting used to.
Pros: GREAT BAT IT HAS VERY GOOD POP FOR A WOOD BAT. ITS ALSO VERY DURABLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BAT. I CRUSH THE BALL WITH IT.
Cons:
Pros: great feel. made out of good quality wood. hits far. wont break. best wood bat ive ever owned
Cons: just takes some getting used too. you wont regret buying this bat.
Pros: Very great bat, very durable, feels light, and has great pop for both a wood bat and a BBCOR.
Cons: its sold out almost everywhere so its hard to get ur hand on one
Pros: The handle is much more durable than a regular wood bat, lots of pop, reasonably priced.
Cons: The plastic sleeve connecting the handle to the barrel broke loose within minutes of 1st use without the ball ever hitting the plastic. It wasn't worth the hassel and shipping cost to return it.The bat still works just fine.
Pros: LIGHT QUICK TO BALL DURABLE SOLID HITS
Cons: NONE
Pros: N/A
Cons: Bat snapped at the handle on my first plate appearance, horrible pop, and it's weighted horribly. Save your money on this one. You're better off buying a Baum Bat or money on real wood
Pros: Nonw
Cons: Absolutely horrible product. Extremely end loaded, no pop whatsoever, and zero durability. The bat broke my first time ever using it. Combat's customer service took forever to get me my replacement. DO NOT BUY!! If you're going to buy a composite bat buy a Baum Bat.
Pros: great bat. good sound when you hit. all in all, great bat. i say buy
Cons: stay off of inside hits. wieght is all at the en. takes getting used to
Pros: This bat has great POP! I wouldn't've bought it if it wasn't $89.99 at my local store because of its Unique design. But Oh Man was it worth it! I have had this bat for my whole summer season (4 months) and haven't had a single problem with the piece in the middle breaking like that one guy said. It really does seem to be indestructible like they suggest. I have even used this bat in the cage. The quality of this bat is just as you would expect! I would shop around to find the best price for this bat (because in Canada it isn't very popular apparently) so you might be able to find a better price on this bat. Also, no one on my team wanted to use my bat because they thought it was super weird (with the backbone design - you can see right through the bat) BUT after one other kid tried it, my Backbone became the most popular bat on the team. I love this bat! I waited all summer to write a review to make sure. This bat will not disappoint.
Cons: It takes awhile to break the bat in. Basically what I'm saying is, after buying this bat. Go hit around 400 balls to break it in. I didn't see performance from this bat till 1 month into the summer. The grip at the bottom is decent, i used hockey tape to flare the bottom out and increase grip - worked like a charm! Make sure that you break the bat in first! I can't stress this enough. Go to a cage with your friends, and have someone soft toss you a ton of balls. You will feel the POP when the bat is finally broken in. Then, PERFECTION!
Pros: Great pop while it lasted
Cons: Handle fell off two times within the first week of use
Pros: Good pop. Too bad I only got ten swings with it.
Cons: Broke within the first ten swings. The knob is made of plastic and broke instantly off the bat.
Pros:
Cons: I bought it and took it to practice and the little plastic knob broke off. I contacted COMbat and they won't stand behind their warranty, DO NOT BUY.
Pros: I used this bat all last year, every kid hit with it on my team. And the bat overall was a great bat if you don't like a wood bat with a plastic center piece then its not the bat for you!
Cons: The handle needs pine tar because its slippery.
Pros: I was struggling with my aluminum bat so I went with this one and my average has increased by 200. I eventually did crack the bat but with the warranty I had my replacement back in 2 weeks with no problems.
Cons:
Pros: The bat felt good the first few swings, then the improbable happened. The barrel split when making contact. I was unable to give an accurate review.
Cons: As I proved, the bat is not made of steel. The bat will break. I didn't think it would break so soon, meaning the first few swings.
Pros: nothing
Cons: the wood
