Outstanding Bat coach coach

Pros: Outstanding big barrel bat. Has all the pop of the Portent line, with the low vibration/sting you expect from a high end 2-piece composite bat. I've seen this bat go up against the new $350 Easton's, and this bat hits every bit as far with exit speed that is at least as fast (if not more).

Cons: None so far.

My son has great bat speed. He is a smaller lead off hitter. He wants this bat, but should I go with a one-piece composite to help his power or a two-piece like this because he is a contact hitter? How does this compare to the DeMarini CF6? William

How does the Wanted compare to the Portent? livelikej
Both the 2014 COMBAT Wanted (WANSL110) and the 2014 COMBAT Portent (PORSL110) are top of the line composite models. Both will have a balanced swing weight and similar "pop". The main difference is the Wanted, being a two-piece design, will offer more flex. The Portent will have a stiffer swing.
