Pros: This bat has an amazing feel and a great pop. I was in a sort of a slump and when I took this up to the plate a batted 100% that day! This is the best bat I've used ever.
Cons: A little end heavy for power hitters. Run a little heavy so if ur a small guy like me and you use a 32, try the 31
Pros: awesome bat has excellent pop
Cons: none
Pros: This bat has lots of pop and will get the ball out of the park.
Cons: I have had this bat for only 6 months and it is now dead. I don't know why.
Pros: I like the half and half model. It's perfect for contact hitters like me, and it's light weight handle is for swing speed.
Cons: None.
Pros: This bat is awesome, great pop, every thing you want in a bat.
Cons: I had the bat for almost a year and it broke on the composite part.
Pros: great pop ridiculous how hard it comes off the bat a bud on my team just got it and the first time i used it i hit a pitch going about thirty and i hit it about 275 first try and im a power hitter and cant wait to get one
Cons: feels like it doesnt have a long lasting life, like it will die after a season or two if your lucky
Pros: Got this for my son, he's 13, got the 32.5" size. He likes it a lot. He says it feels good. The first bat came in with a defect. It looked like a cut-off wheel bumped the head before the graphics were applied. Www.justbats.com was on top of it with a new bat delivered the next day. The customer service doesn't get any better than that. So far the ball has been flying off of the bat. Monster hits dropping near the fence with me soft tossing to him. I can't wait to see where they go when the pitches start coming in.
Cons: Other than the defect at delivery, the new bat was perfect.
Pros: amzing right out of the package. great pop and sound. overall great bat.
Cons: non
Pros: 1st hit homerun
Cons: none
Pros: great pop, and a good feel to it
Cons: none
Pros: This is a great bat. Balanced and with a large sweet spot. With the 2013 model, DeMarini has worked through the issues which plagued the early BBCOR bats.
Cons: If you can't hit with the 2013 Vexxum, you can no longer use the "it's a BBCOR bat" excuse.
Pros: A great bat. Being in California, an early BBCOR adopter, we had to endure the early BBCOR bats in 2011 that had all the feel and pop of broomsticks. The second generation in 2012 was better, but with the 2013 Vexxum, DeMarini produced a really good bat. Great pop, big sweet spot and very durable.
Cons: None!
Pros: I have to be honest. I first used this bat in batting practice and I was lining the ball to the corners and popping up. However, once I broke the bat in a little bit and got a good feel for it, it's amazing. I love the feeling of the sweet spot and there is zero vibration. Ive read reviews saying that the voodoo seems to be the bat for power hitters and their wrong. If you cant hit a homerun with this bat then there is something wrong with your mechanics.
Cons: Paint chips off really easily. Its a baseball bat though...
Pros: Good balance, nice pop, had for over a year with no problems
Cons: Chipped around the handle, grip has gotten worn out
Pros: The bat is awesome! It has tons of pop, feels much lighter than its weight, has good grip, no sting, and looks cool.
Cons: There isn't any
Pros: None
Cons: Terrible bat wouldn't buy if I were you
Pros: lots of pop i am 13 years old and 5ft 2in and i got the 31in 21ounce and i love it
Cons: one nik in it when used in cold weather
Pros: This bat feels amazing and the barrel is huge! The ball jumps off the bat.
Cons: The grip starts to come off and the barrel cracked after 4 months.
Pros: great pop looks nice and there is no vibration at all
Cons: uneven very hard for me to get bat around and its very heavy at the end
Pros: Feels great and has no vibration and has huge sweet spot
Cons: Inconsistent on pop

About the Brand
In 1992, DeMarini Sports had something to celebrate. The three-year-old company had climbed a rung on the proverbial ladder of success, moving its world headquarters from a dirt-floored barn to a slightly larger metal shack. "It was a big move for us," recalled Ray DeMarini from the batting cage of DeMarini Sport’s present-day Bat Industrial Complex. "The new shop was larger, more storm resistant, and -best of all- it had a heater."
In the early days, DeMarini Sports hardly made a blip on the radar screen of softball. With no retailers and virtually no advertising budget, DeMarini grew steadily by selling high-performance bats directly to customers. While established companies made "juiced" bats for the pros and ordinary bats for the public, DeMarini focused on making one line of high-performance bats for pros and amateurs alike. This approach, combined with a passion for the sport, led to the greatest innovation in softball history - the world’s first multi-wall bat: the DeMarini Doublewall.
Released in 1993, the DeMarini Doublewall was the world’s first multi-wall bat. Like a modern golf driver or oversized tennis racket, the Doublewall had a giant "sweetspot," which allowed average players to hit like pros. DeMarini’s sales exploded, and before long opposing bat manufacturers to notice. DeMarini - a homegrown company led by a softball fanatic - had shaken the establishment silly.
To understand the rise of the DeMarini Dynasty, you need to know Ray DeMarini. A cult hero among avid players, Ray DeMarini emerged on the professional softball scene at the age of 40, a veritable geriatric among younger players. With a scientific approach to training, a batting speed of 96 miles-per-hour and a bombastic attitude, DeMarini fast earned a reputation as a savage competitor.
In June of 1987, ESPN launched a nationwide search for a hardcore player to advise on a series of instructional softball videos. When approached by producer Erich Lytle, the biggest boys in softball repeatedly spoke of a five-foot-seven softball giant—Ray DeMarini. DeMarini had mastered reflex hitting, a technique that drops the ball squarely between the infield and outfield. Impressed with DeMarini's knowledge and scientific approach to training, Lytle not only hired Ray as an advisor—he hired him as the host. Together, they produced Ray DeMarini's Reflex Hitting System, ESPN's most successful home video to date.
Having garnered national recognition through ESPN, Ray turned his efforts toward designing a high-performance bat for the masses. To accomplish this, he needed an engineer. "Not just an engineer," he said, "but a boot-strapping rocket scientist who could build an empire with pocket change." Ray's call was answered by Mike Eggiman. Having grown up on a farm, Eggiman was adept at making the most of a situation. Case in point: the company's first piece of automated bat-making equipment had the heart of an abandoned washing machine.
With Eggiman as Chief Engineer, DeMarini Sports delivered a series of industry firsts: the first multi-wall bat (Doublewall Distance), the first high-performance bat for massive players (Fatboy) and the first high-performance youth bat (Black Coyote).
In 2000, DeMarini joined forces with Wilson Sporting Goods to develop the next generation of hitting technology. Ray believed it was a perfect fit, as both companies shared a vision of developing game-enhancing equipment for avid players. What’s more, the companies had complimentary products: Wilson was the leader in gloves, balls and protective gear, while DeMarini made the world’s finest bats. According to Chris Considine, Vice President/General Manager of Wilson Sporting Goods: "The thing that struck me most about DeMarini was their passion for sports and their true competitiveness.
Within a year, DeMarini unveiled the industry’s first concept bat, the $35,000 F1. Secured under lock and key at the DeMarini Bat Industrial Complex in Hillsboro, Oregon, the F1 served as a technological storehouse for future products, including DeMarini’s landmark Half & Half system.
In December 2001, 12 years after the genesis of DeMarini Sports, Ray DeMarini died of cancer in his Northwest Portland home. He was 55. The next summer, the Portland Metro Softball Association paid homage to the “King of Softball” with the dedication of Ray DeMarini Field. Formerly known as Delta #1, the field was DeMarini’s favorite place to test bats during the early days of business. Ray DeMarini—bat maker and player extraordinaire—was remembered for his high-performance softball bats and unwavering encouragement of everyday players. Today, a 40-foot sign announcing RAY DEMARINI FIELD graces the outfield, and an interpretive display chronicling Ray’s life greets players as they register for games.
More "Insane Dedication to Performance" is in store for tomorrow.
