Last season, Easton's Power Brigade Series dominated the softball diamond. This season, the all new Power Brigade Series picks up right where the original Series left off so the concept of the Power Brigade remains the same: allow players to personalize their power. The fact is, that players draw power from different sources. Stronger players may want a bit more weight and endload to their bat, while smaller players want a little less weight and a balanced feel. The 2014 Easton FS2 (FP14S2) replaced the Easton Synergy Speed. Both bats are very balanced. If she is a power hitter, the 2014 Easton FX2 (FP14X2) is a better option. The end loaded design is ideal for a power hitter.

Based on her height and weight, we recommend a 31" 2014 Easton FS2 (FP14S2). Sizing is preferential, so if she was using a 30" 18.5 oz., there is a chance that she can make the jump to a 31" 21 oz. FS2 comfortably. It will mostly depend on her strength, bat speed, and hitting technique.
