Description

Easton's reputation for quality is unmatched. That's why this year's Easton BBCOR bats feature the Easton name even more prominently than the name of the bat itself. When opposing fielders see you step to the plate with an Easton bat, they'll know they better take a step back. For years, the Easton Hammer has provided the performance that players need at an incredibly reasonable price. The Hammer's one-piece alloy design features an extra long barrel and Easton's massive sweet spot technology to create a huge effective hitting area. Contact hitters will be surprised at the lack of a performance drop-off between the Hammer and bats that cost 8 times as much. The Hammer has a thin 31/32" tapered handle that is wrapped with a cushioned grip for greater bat control and consistency. Easton: Know-Feel-Be The Difference! The Hammer is BBCOR Certified and approved for high school and collegiate play. It is backed by a Full Twelve (12) Month Manufacturer's Warranty. Free Shipping!

dad

Pros: My son's transitioning from Voodoo travel ball bat to BBCOR HS bat. I got him a $200+ Easton XL2 and the >$50 Hammer as his batting practice bat. A few games in, he tells me that he prefers the Hammer more because it feels more top-heavy like his old Voodoo travel ball bat. So now, he's using the Hammer for the fast pitcher and the XL2 for the pitchers with off speed junk.

Cons: According to my son, the Hammer vibrates a little more than the XL2 especially when he gets jammed.

crapy bat take it from a real baseball player ben weber player

Pros: price its really cheap and looks cool

Cons: bad pop slightly top heavy in a bad way a prefer top heavy bats but this one was not to my liking I bought a bat pack with this bat and I would recommend dishing out at least 100 dollars to get a good quality bat. If you buy this bat for your son he will probably end up using one of his friends bats. It has a comfortable grip but within a week a got a very bad blister on my hand. I am currently using my old bat. Just wasted 45 dollars. DO NOT BUY save yourself the money. get a good bat do not make the same mistake I made.
