This two-piece, hybrid construction is made up of a 100% carbon fiber handle and an Aeroburner alloy barrel that maximizes the sweet spot, provides explosive power, and delivers a slightly end loaded swing weight that's recommended for heavy hitters. Stepping up to High School Ball Wisconsin baseball parent

Pros: we were impressed with the performance of the new Adidas bag at the minute our son put in his hands. Great pop off the bat and glad that somebody gave us a direction on the Adidas product more so than their competitors.

Cons: we have not found any downside to the bed yet it's a good solid product and once again just the great pop off the bat

Pros: Great feedback from a Division 1 College school that used these bats as their go to this past two seasons. Liked it and now our son who will start playing HS ball next year is working into using this bat now in BP. Nice feel of the ball off the bat so far and no vibration at all. 2018 Adidas Aero Burner Hybrid BBCOR Baseball Bat: The Syd player

Pros: No Pros at this point. Minimal stinging and we can't rate the durability since we just got it for the Colorado Triple Crown tournament.

Cons: The 2018 Adidas Aero Burner Hybrid BBCOR Baseball Bat (AEROHY18) is definitely not hot out of the wrapper. My 14 year old is 215 and a power hitter and the this bat does not have the pop of his Demarini wood bat. Good thing it has a 30-day money back gaurantee. We will try it a little longer.

Pros: bat has great feel , feels more like a minus 5 than bbcore great pop wearing out the back of the cage . has sent the ball to dead center warning track several times and two over rf fence . not bad for 13yr old playing with high school kids

Pros: Bought it for my son, a freshmen in high school, he loves it. Bat feels great especially after I re-griped it with some lizard skin grip. He’s been hitting good with it. The high school team has bats from cat-8 to CFin and he chooses his Addias over all of them.

Cons: Scuffs really easy. But we don’t care about that.

Pros: The bat is more end loaded than reviews give it credit for, making it great for a doubles/home run hitter. It has a big barrel and has a lot of pop. As a college player, I’ve swank a lot of bats and this is without a doubt one of the best that I’ve used. The end cap on the bat is not exposed, so consistently hitting balls off of the end of the bat will not eventually break the cap. I have hit balls on and off the barrel and felt no vibration. Overall the adidas aero burner is an exceptional bat.

Cons: The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the grip. Like most all bats, the grip that comes on the bat isn’t the most durable, but that’s an easy fix.

Pros: Had a CF8 and ball wasn’t jumping off the bat. At the end of the season my son wanted to try something new. Didn’t know much about Adidas bats. Got a steal on this from just bats.com. Surprised the ball just jumps off the bat.

The 2018 Adidas AeroBurner Hybrid BBCOR Baseball Bat: AEROHY18 features a slightly end-loaded swing weight, two-piece design with the AeroBurner alloy and composite handle. This bat will differ from the older Adidas EQT X2 BBCOR Baseball Bat: X2 as the barrel materials have changed as well as the taper of the model. Both bats will have the two-piece hybrid design with the end-loaded swing weight.

I'm looking for a BBCOR bat for my 7th grader. In the past he used a Easton S2 and really liked it. I think he liked the slight flex feeling of the 2-piece design. This Adidas Aero Burner is a BBCOR model for high school play, and like all BBCOR models this is a -3 model. This means that a 31" model would weigh 28 oz, a 32" would weigh 29 oz, and so on. As to whether it is too heavy, that depends on each individual player, but I would suggest a 31" or 30" for his weight.
