I have this bat already and love it. It absolutely crushes .52/300 balls. question is, I'm playing a tournament next week where were hitting .44/375 ASA balls, and I want to know if the bat is durable enough to handle them without breaking?

The 2018 Worth Legit XL ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: WHARVA would be fine to hit .44/375 balls, you shouldn't have any durability issues. However, you may not see quite the same performance since the balls are a little harder.

I am use to 28 oz swing and want to stay around that, would a 27 oz work or would 26 oz be better?

With the 2018 Worth Legit XL ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: WHARVA featuring a 1/2 ounce end load, and considering you prefer to swing a bat that is 28 ounces, the best weight option to consider would be 27 ounces.

I like a thicker grip. Can I put a Vulcan grip over the Legit grip?

Putting a Vulcan grip tape over the existing grip tape on the 2018 Worth Legit XL ASA Slow Pitch Softball Bat: WHARVA may work if you prefer a thicker grip. There is a good chance the Vulcan grip will not stick or hold up as well when placed over the top of another grip.

About Worth

Initially, the firm tanned leather for harnesses and horse collars they manufactured. However, as the automobile grew in popularity, the demand for the company's harnesses and collars declined, so Lannom shifted its manufacturing resources toward production of leather covered baseballs and softballs under the "Worth" brand, and men's leather dress gloves under the "Craig" brand.
