Description
When you step up to the plate, confidence is key. That's confidence in your team to give everything to the game - confidence in yourself to get the job done - and unquestioning confidence in your equipment. The team at Easton has obviously been in the game for years and knows that not every hitter is built the same. All of the characteristics that define the archetype of a "Contact Hitter" can be found in the new Easton S3 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL16S310B - 1.) The S3 is forged from HMX (Hyperlite Matrix) Alloy for an expanded sweet spot and tremendous trampoline effect. 2.) Its traditional, stiff feel from its one-piece alloy design ensures that all of the seam-splitting energy you create is transferred directly to the baseball; and nowhere else. 3.) Wrap those features up with a perfectly-balanced swing weight and new HYPERSKIN Performance Grip for supreme control, and there's not one inch of the plate that's out of your Hot Zone.
The S3 Senior League features a 2 3/4" barrel diameter, -10 length to weight ratio, and the USSSA BPF 1.15 Certification. Great bat Adrian Lopez parent
Pros: This is a great bat. I purchased this bat for my son, 10U travel ball. This is the third S3 I have purchased, from 2 1/4 for Pony to 2 3/4 for travel. This bat has a lot of pop more so than the composite bats my son has used in the past. This is an overall great bat and I will continue to buy this bat for the future. My son rarely feels vibration.
Cons: Dents easily, probably from hitting the cages and dimple balls at fast speed.
2016 Easton S3 Senior League Baseball Bat: SL16S31 David coach
Pros: Has lots of pop in this bat.
Cons: The durability of this this bat has been very disappointing. I've had 2 of this same bat in less than 3 months. The first one I sent back for warranty because the end cap came off after 6 weeks. The replacement bat I have had less than 1 month and it has dents all in it. I've always though Easton produced the best bats, but this one has been awful.
Great Bat Justin R. parent
Pros: my son used this bat for league and loves it. he had recently been using one that someone had on our team and loved it so much he begged for his own. great bat, good pop.
Cons: none so far
another one! Lane Anderson player

Cons: None
Decent bat, dents easily Baseball prophet player
Pros: I am 13 years old and I have slow hands at times often hitting the ball off of tne handle, however i didnt feel much vibrations from these handle its.
Cons: After about 500 hits in the cage with this bat it looked more like a square from the dents.
Great bat...while it lasts John parent
Pros: Great pop, good feel, nice and balanced
Cons: Dents very easily.
Great Bat Steve parent
Pros: This Easton bat has noticeably more pop than my son's previous from Marucci. His confidence has elevated at the plate using this bat.
Cons: Bat has only been used in 5 games. None noticed yet.
great Bat nrg parent
Pros: no break in period
Cons: none
Great bat if the end cap wouldn't be weak Mike coach
Pros: Both of my boys have used the Easton S3 line of bats for many years and have always hit well and never had an issue. My 11 year old needed a new bat so it made sense to continue on with this line of bat. He had the bat for two weeks and during a game the end cap broke. We sent it back to Easton and they sent us another one. Two weeks later that end cap broke as well. I should have paid attention to other reviews I read about end cap issues. It's a shame because otherwise the bat was good.
Cons: End cap broke on original and replacement after minimal use.
8 games in dented already mike coach
Pros: Feels great
Cons: bat is dented after 2 months of use was hoping for more durability. sweet spot is small
Good bat for the price Shane parent
Pros: The bat has good pop to it, The bat seems to be very durable as I have not seen any dents. My son uses it a lot - games, coach practice and at batting cages, no issues. I talked with Bats.com as I was worried about the warranty because a couple people talked about dents, the representative indicated they would take care of it within the warranty period.
Cons: None that I can see so far. The bat has improved his hitting. We did get it a little heavier and longer and he hasn't had an issue with going up in length and weight just a little.
My Baby Colorado Travel Ball Player player
Pros: TONS of pop. Most that I've ever had. I was 244/557 with this bat. Extremely durable. Easton has great customer service.
Cons: The endcap cracked but easton replaced it
